Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of all network resources, IP addresses, and services provided by SpringRoute. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on any network resources provided by SpringRoute:

Spam and Unsolicited Bulk Email

Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial email, operating open mail relays, or any activity that results in our IP space being added to blocklists.

DDoS Attacks and Network Abuse

Launching or facilitating distributed denial-of-service attacks, traffic amplification attacks, or any activity intended to disrupt the availability of networks or services.

Illegal Content Hosting

Hosting, storing, or distributing content that is illegal under applicable law, including but not limited to child exploitation material.

Port Scanning and Unauthorized Access

Scanning networks or systems without explicit authorization from the target's owner, attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, or probing for vulnerabilities without written permission.

Phishing and Fraud

Operating phishing sites, engaging in identity fraud, or any deceptive activity designed to obtain credentials, financial information, or personal data under false pretenses.

Copyright Infringement

Hosting or distributing copyrighted material without authorization from the rights holder, operating torrent trackers for infringing content, or facilitating large-scale piracy.

Malware Distribution

Hosting, developing, or distributing malicious software, command-and-control infrastructure, exploit kits, or ransomware of any kind.

Consequences of Violations

SpringRoute reserves the right to take the following actions in response to AUP violations:

Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the actions of their end users and downstream clients. If you resell or delegate SpringRoute resources, you must ensure that your customers also comply with this AUP.
